Consumption 3 years and without preservatives?

 

The dishes are cooked in the classic way, like at home, without the addition of preservatives. We only use salt as a preservative. Next, we manually fill them into cans so that each can contains the same amount of raw materials and sterilize in a water autoclave, when we get rid of most of the microorganisms that could cause food spoilage.
